EMPHASIS MEDIA ANNOUNCES NEW APPOINTMENTS IN MARKETING AND MEDIA SALES

HONG KONG, 25 September 2008 – Emphasis Media Limited, a company of PubliGroupe that specialises in custom publishing, media sales and inflight video services, bolsters the Hong Kong operation with new appointments in marketing and media sales teams.

Mr Stephen Richards has been appointed as Director, Marketing and will spearhead the team in delivering corporate strategies for both the custom publishing business of Emphasis Group and other entities within this segment. A seasoned marketing professional with six years specialisation in publishing marketing, Mr Richards has the experience and background that span both traditional and new media product environments including website redesign, corporate marketing and strategic planning, market research management and development as well as various advertising and PR campaigns in Asia and the UK. He previously worked with Yellow Pages (UK), Property Care Services (Thailand)
and Hong Kong Business Directories.

Mr Richards will report directly to Ms Jovita Toh, Managing Director, Emphasis Media and will work closely with Ms Monica Woo, CEO of PubliGroupe’s Custom Publishing business.

Continuing to reinforce the company’s commitment to excellence in delivering top-quality media service to clients, Emphasis Media announces two new media sales appointments in Hong Kong.

Mr Edo Bersma has been appointed as Regional Director, Media Sales – North Asia and will lead the media sales team in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan. A sales and business development veteran with 20 years of experience in print media in Hong Kong and Thailand as well as serving clients in Australasia and the Pacific, Mr Bersma has extensive advertising sales, business development and distribution experience with various publishers. He also headed sales teams and managed regional sales representatives across Northeast Asia and Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Emphasis, Mr Bersma was with Spotting Media and has also worked for other companies such as Media Transasia, Asia Publishers Services and
Asia 2000 Group of Companies.

Mr Bersma will report to Mr Julius Toh, Group Director, Media Sales and will work closely with the rest of the media sales team.

Adding to the new appointments is Ms Jasmin Minu who joins the company as Manager, Media Sales. Ms Minu has eight years hands-on experience in managing sales accounts and developing new ones as well as executing marketing and PR activities. She worked at different sales and marketing roles in organisations such as 21st Century Media, the American Club Hong Kong and the Dynasty Club.
