Ms Murray joins Emphasis having recently completed postgraduate studies at the prestigious UCLA Film School. 

A film industry veteran of more than 20 years, Ms Murray entered the profession at BBC Television, London. After building a successful career in drama, she moved into a producing role within the advertising and inflight industries, working for Hong Kong-based MNC/Foote, Cone & Belding and Emphasis Custom Media (prior to the company’s acquisition and
subsequent renaming by its parent company PubliGroupe). Relocating to the US, she joined Columbia Pictures and 20th Century Fox where she had the opportunity to develop her skills on high profile film and television productions.

Shona comes to the Acquisition & Distribution team to extend the EVE library beyond Asia. While exploring the world of European content, Shona's remit is also to expand our English-language short feature content.
