EMPHASIS MEDIA RECEIVES GOLD AT THE CUSTOM PUBLISHING COUNCIL'S PEARL AWARDS
HONG KONG, 28 November 2008 – Emphasis Media, a company of PubliGroupe, has won gold at the prestigious Custom Publishing Council’s (CPC) 5th Annual Pearl Awards in New York in the category of “Best New Magazine – Editorial” for Are You? CENTRAL.
Receiving a Pearl Award and recognised by one of custom publishing’s leading international associations underscores Emphasis Media’s position as a major player in custom publishing. In fact, Emphasis Media was the only Asian custom publisher to have been recognised in this year’s award.
Since its launch in April this year, Are you? CENTRAL, the magazine for Hongkong Land, has received a total of five awards for editorial and design excellence at the 38th Creativity Annual Awards and 20th Hong Kong Print Awards.
Readers’ response to the magazine’s editorial, design and photography has also been extremely positive making the publication a true success.
