EMPHASIS MEDIA RESTRUCTURES FOR GROWTH AND EXPANSION

HONG KONG, 22 January 2009 –  Emphasis Media Limited, a company of PubliGroupe, has announced a new structure which will enable the company to build its strategic vision for growth and expansion in key Asian and European markets over the next three years.

The structure focuses on forming an international network with dedicated Country Managers in its offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, UK and Switzerland.  The Country Managers will report directly to Monica Woo, Chief Executive Officer, Custom Publishing Segment of PubliGroupe.

As a result of the restructure, certain roles have now become redundant, including Managing Director, Jovita Toh, and Group Director, Media Sales, Julius Toh.

The position of Country Manager in Hong Kong is currently vacant; in the interim Monica Woo will fill this role.  Angelo Gidding, currently Publishing Director, is to become Commercial Director and will be a member of the company’s Executive Management Committee along with Innes Doig, Editorial Director, and Brian Liu, Chief Financial Officer.
